For two days now, my entire left side has been throbbing... the head, the ear... I can't quite pin it down. Could it be the weather? It’s freezing out there lately. When I'm tucked away inside at home, it feels manageable... almost okay. But the second I step out into the cold, the pain just hits me full force. Help... I'm actually starting to get pretty rattled...😲😲😲

Are you sure you don't have an ear infection?

Thanks... but is it actually possible to have an infection in JUST one ear...?
And for that to be causing my headaches...

Oh, totally! You probably caught a draft somewhere out there and now everything is just circling back to your head and sinuses. It’s likely nothing major—you'll probably just need some medicated ear drops and call it a day. But seriously, stop walking around without a hat! 👍

I went through something similar once. My doctor told me I’d basically caught a chill because I kept heading outside with wet hair—which I did quite often, since my hair is incredibly thick—and apparently, it triggered some kind of nerve inflammation in my head. It was a long time ago, so I can't quite recall the specific medical term she used... It was painful, too, just these intense, stabbing pains that would come and go. What felt even weirder was when she prescribed me B-complex vitamins; honestly, I thought she wasn't taking me seriously at all, like she was just handing me a placebo... but then, after about a week, the pain just vanished, though I have no idea why that actually worked. I don't know if your experience mirrors mine or what exactly you're dealing with, but the smartest move is really just to see your own doctor so you can get some real answers.
