This is actually the second time this has ever happened to me in my 22 years. This morning, I started feeling this weird nausea right in the middle of my stomach, just above my belly button. Then, I was hit with a sudden cold sweat and ended up 😢
. What could that mean? Does anyone know if these are specific symptoms?
I'm wondering if it could be morning sickness😲

Anything can happen... I've been there before, but honestly, I felt like I was actually going to kick the bucket 😁

Nah, not quite. I just rolled out of bed.

I don't know, it’s possible you just ate something that didn't sit right and ended up with some kind of stomach bug or bacteria...

It might just be anxiety... honestly, it doesn't really matter if you've only just rolled out of bed—those feelings tend to have deep roots in the subconscious anyway...

Hmm. Thanks for all the input, everyone. So, just to get us on the same page—how would you actually define anxiety? Like, if you had to explain what it really feels like to someone else in plain English, how would you put it?

Think of anxiety as a general sense of unease or dread, whereas panic attacks represent the absolute peak of that spectrum—the most intense level of anxiety you can experience

I was wondering, could you be dealing with low blood pressure? Honestly, I can't help but think that might be what’s causing that cold sweat you mentioned, or perhaps just some general physical exhaustion hitting you all at once. Still, if you’re feeling this poorly, please don't just brush it off—it’s probably best to head over to a doctor or an urgent care clinic as soon as you possibly can

Thanks so much for getting back to me and for looking out for me. I’m honestly just a bit worried because this is the first time I’ve ever dealt with something like this. I did have a similar experience once way back when I was younger, though. Do you think I should be panicking right now?
