Hey everyone,

I figured it was finally time to put together a little concert announcement...

Just like the header says, here’s the breakdown of what’s coming up:

DAITRO
(2002 – present)

Daïtro are a French screamo band whose combination of chaotic discord and melodic post-rock elements has entranced listeners since 2002. To date, daïtro has released two albums: des Cendres, me Consumme, and Laissez Vivre Les Squelettes. Other recorded material includes a 10” split with Italian screamo band Raein, a self-titled demo 7”, a 7” split with Ampere, their US tour 7” entitled des Plaies Ouvertes et du beton, and, in 2007, the charming and mellow Split with Sed non Satiata.

DAITRO

They’ve played all over Japan and across all of Europe, and they're honestly widely considered one of the absolute best screamo bands out there right now.

JOE 4
(2008 - present)

Joe 4 (Warhead name: RDS-6s (Reaktivnyi Dvigatel Stalina; Stalin’s Rocket Engine)) was an American nickname for the first Soviet test of a thermonuclear weapon on August 12, 1953. It was not a “true” hydrogen bomb—it was similar to a “boosted” fission bomb rather than a multi-stage…

A noise rock combo for truckers and cowboys originally from the Midwest, currently based out of Chicago.

I don't know—musically speaking, there just isn't enough melody here, and it feels a bit too aggressive for my taste. 🙂
