Is sleeping without a pillow actually healthy?

I mostly sleep without any pillow at all, even though we only have those super thin ones. Every single morning, they're always just
scattered all over the place. I've actually noticed my kids doing the exact same thing too.
I guess it’s just a habit or something, because honestly, I don't think I could ever deal with sleeping on those massive, oversized pillows.

Every once in a while, I find that my neck starts aching from using an orthopedic pillow, so I’ll just spend a few nights sleeping without one at all. When I sleep on my side, I don't need to tuck my arm under the pillow, and honestly, I never experience any pain that way.

Whenever I stay at a hotel and they give me those overly soft, flimsy pillows, my neck ends up paying the price. It’s always a struggle. At home, I stick to a firm orthopedic pillow. Old habits die hard, I guess...

I usually sleep without any kind of pillow—mostly just lying on my stomach with one arm tucked under my head. Every once in a while, though, I might slide a small cushion between my head and my arm to make things a bit more comfortable.

I’ve been sleeping without a pillow for months now, mostly because my back was killing me. And honestly? I have to admit, my back hasn't given me any trouble lately. I don't know if there's actually a connection, but it seems to be doing the trick. 😁
They’re anatomically fine, but those higher-end, firmer ones are better.

So, is he actually complaining about any specific issues? Like neck pain, back problems, anything like that?
I remember one time I fell asleep weirdly on a standard pillow and my neck got so locked up I couldn't move it for three days. It was a total nightmare.

I’ve got my head under a pillow, sometimes on my stomach, arms up over my head, or just one pillow under my head while I'm on my side hugging another one with my arms and legs 😁... nothing hurts, really, it's just that I can't feel my hands when I wake up. They go numb. Probably just bad circulation... 😁

Wait... are you basically suffocating yourself with all those pillows?

Yeah, whatever! It’s a little weird, I know, but honestly, it’s the only way I can actually drift off... My family thinks it’s hilarious when they catch me sleeping like this, but I just need to find some air under the pillow and then it's five 😁
