I recently met a girl while vacationing on the coast,
she has these bright red spots all over her leg. They aren't scaly, raised, or painful, they're just really noticeable, so she usually tries to hide them with long clothes or makeup.
She’s pretty shy about it and doesn't like to talk about it much, but I heard she's had it since birth—apparently, it happened because of some oxygen deprivation during birth.
Does anyone know more about this? What is it actually called, and is there any kind of treatment?
And how does it even happen in the first place?
I've also noticed a few other people with similar little spots on their faces.😢
