Michael Newman50 said:God, what a total mess 😢 just absolute chaos 😢 right in the middle of finals week 😢

probably happening around three in the afternoon 😢 😢 😢

out in the pouring rain 😢

with some half-hearted, interrupted set 😢

LOL LOL LOL

Alright, look, it’s probably not actually *that* hilarious—I mostly just had to mess around with the graphics for this—😳 but honestly, it feels almost inevitable that it’ll go down exactly like that.

Paolo Nutini is set to join P!nk on her Lollapalooza tour, though I think it’s mostly just hitting stadiums in Germany and Austria. She’s basically tearing through stadiums right now and headlining all the massive festivals. Looks like she’s got about 24 stadium dates and festivals lined up so far... and I'm actually heading to Linz to catch her 😍

Dennis Lee87 said:The fifth edition of the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival is happening June 22nd and 23rd (Tuesday and Wednesday) at the Youth movement in Chicago venue, featuring over forty international and local acts across six different stages. The first confirmed act is !!! (Chk Chk Chk).

http://www.t-mobileinmusicfestival.com/home/dolaze

This feels more like news for a club like Močvara than for a massive Coachella-style festival.

If you're running a festival with this kind of budget, you're expected to drop a massive headliner as your FIRST announcement (and a better one, too).

Most major festivals across Europe have had their full lineups locked in ages ago (well, except for Lollapalooza), but everyone’s been sitting around waiting forever for the Coachella lineup, only to get this "grand" first confirmation of !!! after all that hype.

Bull shit.

For the main stage, I'm holding out for Muse or Placebo.

Radiohead already said they’re only playing Pula as their one gig in the US and this part of Europe, so they aren't coming here.

As for this festival, honestly, the only thing I actually care about is the Metal Stage—give me Slayer, Megadeth, or Nevermore.

Honestly, these guys could easily put on the best set of the whole weekend. Enjoy Muse 👋

Whether it was the best show ever or not, they aren't exactly the type I'd drop $133 or whatever the ticket price ends up being on.
Give me more names, please.

Dennis Lee87 said:CAMPING PASSES:
$60 Feb 1 – May 5, 2010
$73 May 6 – June 22, 2010
(Camping is available exclusively with both a festival pass and a camping pass)

What does that actually mean? Are we campers expected to buy this extra pass too?

That’s exactly how it looks...
I spent time in that "camp" last year and it isn't worth a dime. Honestly, they should be paying us for the trauma—freezing showers and stalls with gaps so wide the rest of the camp gets a front-row seat while you wash up. Then there are the portable toilets with no water, no paper, and no lights...🤣

We survived, sure, but I'm not handing over my money for that experience again.

I actually stayed at that "campground" last year, and let me tell you, it is absolutely not worth the money. In fact, they should probably be paying us for the sheer trauma we endured. We're talking freezing cold showers and shower stalls that don't even have decent privacy—you're basically on display for the rest of the camp while you wash up. On top of that, the toilets were just basic chemical units with zero running water, no paper, and no light...🤣

Look, we survived, but I am certainly not paying for that again...

They’re claiming the camping setup will be improved this year, but honestly, still no way for me $60, and besides, what exactly would I even do for six days hanging around a park in the middle of nowhere like Jarun??

Honestly, I’m just crossing my fingers that Muse ends up on the lineup, because let’s face it, nothing else really grabs my attention quite like them...

Man, back in 2008, The Prodigy really leveled up the whole festival vibe—but if things keep going this way this year, we're basically looking at the level of a damn local garage fest like Otočec Rock Festival.😁

Well, if I can—why wouldn't I?! Plus, why not throw The Prodigy back into the mix?😁

Whatever. 😁 If it weren't for that guy at Otočec Rock Festival—you know, the one playing auxiliary drums for some band that went defunct back in 1987—we'd actually be getting somewhere. 😂

These are great !!! But honestly, they aren't headline news material—especially since they’ve already played here before.
Let's just hope the next announcement is a bit more exciting.
There's no way Muse is coming, especially since I saw they're actually doing a stadium tour!
God, those tickets are going to be expensive as hell.

I mean, Soundgarden is the headliner—it's pretty obvious, really.☕
