Hi everyone;
I was wondering if anyone here might recognize these symptoms... For about a month now, I’ve been dealing with shortness of breath, heart palpitations, and this strange tingling sensation in my head, arms, and legs. At first, I was genuinely terrified, though after a few days, I suppose I just started to get used to the feeling. I went in for a full blood panel last week—checking everything from my CBC and metabolic profile to glucose and electrolytes—and everything came back perfectly normal. However, I did have X-rays done on my cervical and thoracic spine, which revealed quite a bit: some S-shaped scoliosis, kyphosis, lordosis, some narrowing in the neck and upper back areas, and even early signs of osteoporosis.
My question is: Could these spinal issues be the actual cause of how poorly I'm feeling, and does anyone have advice on how to manage this?...
Thank you all so much for your help!😢:

At first, I totally panicked, but after a few days, I kind of just got used to it. Anyway, I went in last week for a full blood panel—CBC, metabolic panel, glucose, electrolytes—and everything came back normal. I also got X-rays of my cervical and thoracic spine, which showed an "S" curve scoliosis, kyphosis, lordosis, some narrowing in the neck and thoracic sections, and early-stage osteoporosis.
My question is: Could I be feeling this way because of the changes in my spine, and how can I manage it?
Thanks for any input!😢:

The root cause is likely spinal stenosis rather than just the weather changing. Honestly, being diagnosed with "S" scoliosis along with lordosis and kyphosis in the cervicothoracic region sounds a bit odd to me😲, so if you can, maybe write out exactly what the report says...
