Best software for window and door manufacturing?

I was just sitting here wondering, does anyone happen to know of a good software program out there specifically for window and door manufacturing?

So, you thinking this is some kind of freeware setup? And what exactly is this program supposed to be doing anyway?

Are we talking full 3D renders here, or just basic elevations? I mean, should I be sketching out the floor plan and the side profiles too?
