Best ways to get rid of dark circles under eyes?

Look, I’ve got these massive dark circles under my eyes and I want them gone.🙂
Any advice on how to actually get rid of them—or at least tone them down? And don't even bother suggesting concealer or makeup. I'm not looking for a quick fix with powder.

You could probably just head to a plastic surgeon to have them handled—usually, they just scoop out those fatty deposits under the eyes and then tighten up the skin in that area.
The only thing is, you look pretty young to me, so I’m honestly not even sure if that's a viable route for you yet...
