Dealing with Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV) – experiences and advice?

So, here’s the deal... I was looking up some results for

cytomegalovirus IgM - negative
IgG - negative

epstein-barr virus IgG - 143 U/ml positive
IgM - negative
based on these antibodies, it looks like a past EBV infection

What am I supposed to make of this if that IgG is coming back positive?

Yeah, you hit the nail on the head. You had the virus, but the full-blown mono symptoms never actually kicked in.
Now that you've been through it, you've basically got a lifetime pass of immunity.

Honestly, you could have had this since you were in preschool—you just wouldn't have known. Most kids don't even show any symptoms at that age
