Cardiologist appointment: EKG and stress test review

Does anyone happen to know what the going rate is for a cardiologist visit that includes an EKG and a stress test? I'm also looking to get an echocardiogram done if possible.
Where did you guys go for private appointments in Washington, D.C.?

They have dedicated pages for most clinics, and most of them even list their consultation fees right there
It makes it so easy to just find a place that works perfectly for your location!

I am simply pointing out where to find reliable cardiologists.
The Blue Cross Blue Shield clinic has an excellent specialist available on Thursdays; I would trust him implicitly.
And I believe Megan Flores7 isn't too far away either...
