Jamie Kim said:😲 😲 An 80B? Honestly—dear, you clearly have no idea what we actually consider "small" around here... I mean, let's be realistic—anything in the 70B or 75A range is truly small. So, really, shouldn't you be feeling quite satisfied with what you've got? 😉 And so we find ourselves here—poor souls that we are—engaged in yet another one of our little debates? Is there truly any end to it? 🙂

Believe me—I am being completely objective here—they are just incredibly small! Honestly, there are men out there who possess significantly more than I do... isn't that just a curious reality of life? 🙂 Oh boy—whenever I catch a glimpse of someone middle-aged dealing with gynecomastia... it really puts things into perspective, doesn't it? It makes me realize just how much we all struggle in our own ways—though, if I’m being honest, my own situation feels a bit more... well, let's say "robust" and slightly more pronounced. And please, don't go kicking me out of the club just yet! I promise I belong here! I'm not exactly the "curvy" type, per se; I have a much sturdier build overall—and heaven knows I’d probably look like a completely different person if I actually managed to slim down. Then there is the eternal struggle of bra sizing—the dreaded A versus B cup dilemma. Honestly, with certain American brands, even an A-cup feels like it doesn't sit right on me at all. And it isn't even about actual breast volume! I'm wearing an 80 band—well, a 36 in US sizes—and the fit is still just... off. It's such a frustrating puzzle, isn't it? 😢 😁

Massage? Oh, goodness—now there’s a topic that truly invites one to slow down and reflect! One does wonder, doesn't one, if we ever truly master the art of relaxation, or if we are simply chasing a fleeting moment of peace amidst the constant hum of our busy lives? It feels like such a vital necessity, especially when the stresses of the day start to pile up like unread mail on a kitchen counter. Whether it's a professional session at a high-end spa in Manhattan or just a bit of self-care at home after a long stretch of work—isn't it essential to just... let go? I find myself thinking about how much tension we carry without even realizing it—in our shoulders, in our necks, even in our very thoughts! So, yes—massage. A truly wonderful idea.🎉 🙂 )

jadesailor14 is absolutely fuming 😢... oh, wait—no... what I actually meant was that I thought some of you ladies (and perhaps a few others?) might be interested in diving into the "why" behind everything—you know, the potential underlying causes and just general insights—rather than strictly focusing on specific methods or finding a support group. My apologies! (I am truly, deeply apologizing here, haha! 😈 )

Nope. 22 and a 34A? 😁 I'd probably fit in a 32B if my rib cage wasn't a 34.
But hey, there's still hope for you. 😉 All I can do is offer some sympathy. 😛

I truly believe I have the upper hand when it comes to size—oops, I mean LACK of size.😬

Oh, you aren't the one in control here, I am... 🙂
We're actually the exact same size, and I'm 26.🎉

Well, I guess I’m officially joining the club—I’m stuck wearing a size 1, and honestly, it’s such a toss-up which models actually work. Some just feel way too big...😢
For instance, those rigid strapless ones? They feel like I'm wearing a suit of armor. It looks totally unnatural, just awful...
Anyway, whenever I'm trying stuff on, I make sure to wear a shirt underneath first so I can see how it sits over my clothes... if anything looks weird or lumpy, I'm not buying it, period...
I should probably mention that I don't own a ton of them; I usually just find a few reliable ones that actually fit, and then I end up wearing them constantly until they're completely worn out—then I have to go out and buy more...😢
Then again, I’m pretty self-conscious about everything, so I probably shouldn't get too carried away...
But seriously, it drives me absolutely crazy seeing girls who are super thin like me, yet somehow managing to have huge breasts!!!!

Could we perhaps migrate this over to the main discussion board? Thanks!🙂

Hmm... I’m a 34B and honestly, I think they’re fine—they definitely don't look small to me. But now I’m reading all of you saying that a 32A is considered small? To be real, I don't see much of a difference between those two sizes... then again, maybe my bra is just poorly made and that's why I don't feel like mine are tiny. 😕 Usually, I just stick to a size 34 or a 34B. I don't really get into all that whole A, B, C nonsense... I much prefer just using standard numbers. 😬

I'm 13 years old... and I wear a 30A... it really bothers me because all my friends are wearing a 32A, and some even have a 32B... now I don't know, is there any specific food or anything else that can speed up development...😕

Honestly, even back when I was eighteen, I never actually wore a bra, and I never felt self-conscious about it one bit. I usually just stick to sports bras because, let’s face it, it gets a little awkward when your nipples start poking through everything—so I just use those to keep things snug and secure. 😍To be perfectly honest, I have absolutely no idea what my actual size is; I’ve never even bothered to get measured!

Come on, ladies, don't let it get to you. Breasts are basically just there for the possibility of breastfeeding one day; whether they are big or small shouldn't really matter... 😍
And for what it's worth, there are plenty of guys out there who actually prefer a smaller chest 😉
If anyone at school or wherever else tries to give you a hard time about it, please don't feel ashamed. Having small breasts is just as normal as being tall or short... and honestly, it goes both ways with guys too, whether they're well-endowed or not.

Man, where were you when I was twelve? Everyone used to pick on me, and honestly, I just couldn't shake it off... I was tiny, but I always had these wide hips and broad shoulders. 😢Basically, everyone kept pointing it out, so one day I decided to grab some toilet paper and try to DIY my own curves 😉😁,but I did it slowly so it wouldn't look like I suddenly grew massive padding overnight.!🤣
And I kept that up until I turned 14—then, almost overnight, things actually started growing naturally...👍Now, at 19, I’m wearing a 32C. So, listen, 😢placidseal13😉, don't lose hope; it'll happen for you too!😛

I don't care what anyone says, my experience was pretty much the same. My period started early at age 11, then suddenly I developed hips and a butt, but my breasts just completely stopped growing four years after that initial spurt. Through 8th grade, every girl out there was way ahead of me, except for one girl who was totally flat because she hadn't even hit puberty yet. Until high school, I mostly wore tube tops because I didn't have anything to actually put in a bra—it was basically half-empty most of the time.
Even now, at 19, my breasts are tiny. They fluctuate between a 30AA (yes, you heard that right, it exists, zero or near-zero), 30A, and 28B. The issue is that while my ribcage is relatively small, I lack enough breast tissue. They’re spaced quite far apart, and if the bra isn't heavily padded with foam, gel, oil, silicone, or whatever else you can stuff in there, it's useless. The cups stay empty and the bra just slides up constantly. The only time they swell slightly is during PMS; they look visually larger then, but they hurt like hell, so I'd honestly rather stick to my standard small size. I'm currently in that PMS phase and the pain is unbearable. I can't wait to finally get my period so they shrink back down and stop hurting. Peace to all the ladies here.

Look, ladies... let's be real. There isn't a single woman out there who is 100% happy with her breasts. Okay, maybe one or two are—but it’s rare.
I'm dealing with massive breasts. I’m actually quite thin—5'10" and about 138 lbs—but a huge chunk of that weight is concentrated right there.
I'm seriously considering reduction surgery. From where I'm sitting, you all are incredibly lucky.
Big breasts might look good in photos, but trust me, they are completely impractical.

It is nearly impossible for me to find a decent shirt or blazer. I can't button them up over my chest, and if I size up, everything hangs off my shoulders and looks baggy at the waist.
I can't just wear whatever I want; there's zero chance of going braless because everything just bounces everywhere.
When I work out, I have to wear an extra-strength high-impact sports bra just to stop the movement, otherwise, it actually hurts.
At the beach, if I lie on my stomach, it feels like I'm lying on two basketballs.
And don't even get me started on the stretch marks covering them.

Honestly, I would give anything to be placidseal13 instead of dealing with this.
Everything has its pros and cons.
Personally, I'd much rather see a girl with smaller breasts who can pull off a breezy summer top without a bra and not have everything swinging around.

Truth be told...🙂
I have a friend who constantly struggles with her chest. (She can never find a swimsuit that actually fits properly as a set🤣) or anything like that...

And honestly, once large breasts start to sag, it’s just not a great look.😢
I don't get why women are so obsessed with breast size.🤷
Mine are somewhere between a B and a C cup, and I've never had an issue with them.😁

Personally, I much prefer seeing a flat chest over massive breasts...

I turned 16 five months ago and still have zero chest development...
nothing has even started growing yet😢 😳 😳
honestly just completely flat😳
is this normal, especially since I hit puberty pretty early?
got my first period at 11, had a massive growth spurt that summer, hips filled out, everything except my chest... 😢
periods have been regular ever since and everything seems fine, just no breast growth whatsoever😳
is there any way to speed up the process or anything?
can anyone help? half my nicknames are jokes about being flat and it's getting old😢 😳

I'll trade a couple of well-developed breasts for your health and youth any day.
