So;

John Doe, in the general rules titled "What isn't allowed on Reddit?" states:

1. breaking US laws
2. violating generally accepted standards of civilization
3. harassment based on any grounds (race, nationality, religion, age, gender...)

7. posting pornographic or erotic content, including suggestive nudity or linking to such material (Google policy)

Frankly, I don't see those little messages of his as some kind of joke at all. Now, don't get me wrong—I am personally all for having a bit of fun and being irreverent on Reddit about pretty much anything, truly, I am—but writing about slaughtering a minor or shooting them in the head? That is an entirely different story. That crosses every conceivable line, and quite frankly, no sane individual should find that remotely funny or entertaining.

First of all, based on every forum rule and under American law, this individual should have been reported to the authorities immediately.
I find it baffling that the administration hasn't sanctioned him yet; things like this, even if framed as a joke (which is pathetic, uncultured, uneducated, and frankly, shallow, sadistic, pedophilic, slimy, and disgusting), ought to be reported to the FBI.
Let this Mr. Pervert continue playing games with those in charge and singing his little pedophilic songs to them.🙂... the police would meet him with nothing but handcuffs. 😉

I’ll give you that point. And sure, legally speaking, it might not technically be pedophilia since we don't know how old this "kid" really is—could be 14 for all we know. But the real question is: is it disgusting for a man to write stuff like this about a girl 45 years his junior?

I can't speak for you, but for me, it's revolting. Regardless, there is a very real possibility this falls under pedophilia, and until proven otherwise, I believe site moderators need to act preemptively. It’s better to scrub 100 threads like this than to let one single instance of pedophilia slip through the cracks.

The issue here is that the administration of the aforementioned forum sees nothing wrong with these poems and refuses to scrub them from the public sphere. They claim this isn't pedophilia.
