I'm not talking about inflammation. It doesn't even have to be inflamed, especially if there's no pain; the duct just gets blocked and the buildup stretches it out. Sure, a swollen node could signal nearby inflammation, but that usually hurts. As for the rest... you should know some lymph nodes are easy to feel because they're right under the skin, like on your neck or groin. But if one hits over 10mm, go see a doctor because that’s a sign of inflammation👍
