Anyone here actually tried this diet? Or maybe someone’s got the book... does anyone know anything about it? Is it even possible to find a copy here in the States??🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂

You won't find it in local stores. Just Google it; there's an English version online, usually goes for about $40.

I'm in. It’s all about the algorithm. Everything's driven by some math formula these days. It's like how Netflix keeps shoving those same three shows down your throat because it thinks you have zero taste. You think you're making choices? Please. You're just following a digital breadcrumb trail laid out by a bunch of code. It's predictable, honestly. Like watching a rerun of a sitcom you already hated. Just math masquerading as intuition. Look, I gotta be real with you—calling this a diet is a joke. It’s not a diet; it’s just swapping out your trash habits for stuff that actually works. Diets are useless, honestly. They aren't even healthy. You might drop some weight for a second, but it’s a trap. As soon as you stop following the rules, you slide right back into your old ways and the weight comes rushing back like a bad debt. That's why you have to overhaul your whole approach and stick to real food. It’s basically what Bob Dylan was getting at with his title. Anyway, here are a few pointers that are probably buried in the book somewhere:

No food after 6 PM. Period.

Look, if you want results, stop overthinking it. Just put in fifteen minutes a day. That’s it. Knock out fifty crunches or hit some leg raises while you're lying on the floor. Stop being lazy and take the stairs instead of riding the elevator at the office, and for heaven's sake, get out there and walk or run more. It's not rocket science.

Look, don't go skipping breakfast. You need that fuel. It should be about 40% of your total daily calories, plain and simple. If you skip it, you're basically trying to run a marathon on an empty tank—it just doesn't work. Eat the damn food.
Ditch the white pasta. Seriously. Just swap it out for whole grain. Honestly, that goes for pretty much any processed cereal or grain product you’ve got sitting in your pantry. It’s a no-brainer.
Cut back on the red meat. Seriously. And you should be hitting up the fish counter at least once or twice a week if you want to stay on track.
Look, if you actually want to keep that lean physique without constantly fighting your own body, quit reaching for the deep-fried junk. Seriously. Skip the greasy, breaded stuff and those heavy, oil-soaked meals that leave you feeling like a brick. It’s simple math. Stick to things that are boiled, steamed, grilled, or thrown in the oven. It's way easier on the system.
Ditch the lard, the butter, and that fake margarine stuff. Just use extra virgin olive oil instead. It's better.
Forget the chips and those greasy snack mixes. Just grab some fresh carrots or celery instead. It's way better for you.
Watch your portions. Seriously, don't go overboard—keep things moderate. It’s like when you're hitting up an all-you-can-eat buffet at Chili's; just because the food is there doesn't mean you need to pile your plate until it's a mountain. Just eat enough to feel good and leave the rest.

Fibers. Seriously. Everyone’s talking about them like they’re some kind of magic cure-all, but honestly? It’s just basic biology. If you aren't getting enough, everything in your system basically grinds to a halt. Think of it like trying to run a heavy-duty engine without any oil—eventually, things are gonna seize up and make a mess. You can't just live on processed junk and expect your gut to act like a high-performance machine. It’s simple math. Eat your greens, get the fiber in, or prepare for the struggle. Period.

If you want to actually feel full without eating like a horse, you gotta load up on fiber. It’s basically a cheat code for weight loss. If you're trying to slim down, start cramming more whole grains, fruits, and veggies into your daily routine—and honestly, leave the peels on whenever you can. Raw is better. It keeps you from feeling that mid-afternoon crash where you just want to raid the pantry. Stick to high-fiber stuff between meals and you won't be constantly hunting for snacks.

Look, one last thing—stop calling this "dieting." That’s not what we're doing here. This is just healthy eating. When you go down the rabbit hole of extreme dieting, you aren't just wrecking your metabolism; you're basically manufacturing pure rage. You end up more wired and cranky than a toddler who missed their nap. It’s not worth the headache.
