I was wondering if anyone could give me some insight into what the typical cost for breast augmentation is, and where I might go to get this done?
I’d really appreciate it if someone who has some knowledge or maybe even firsthand experience could weigh in.
To be honest, my wife has lost quite a bit of her bust after her fourth pregnancy. 😢
It’s been pretty tough for us to see, unfortunately.

Around 20 $0.00. But make no mistake—she’s doing that for herself, not to please you.

Just hand her $3,000; honestly, you’ll both end up a lot happier that way.🙂

I mean, at the end of the day, the most important thing is whether your wife actually wants this, or if you're just dreaming about it yourself. If she’s on board, then hey, she’s totally within her rights to ask you for an upgrade, and then you guys are basically even! he he...

I'm with you on that one. Haha! :clapping: :clapping: :clapping: :clapping:

Well, she wasn't really into the idea before, but lately, she's actually started thinking about it.
As far as my size goes, I haven't noticed her complaining at all.
I mean, maybe I’d personally like to bulk it up a little just for the hell of it, but it’s honestly not a big deal to me—I’m perfectly happy with what I’ve got, and so is she.🙂

Honestly, some women are just way too prone to telling little white lies just to protect their guy's ego
so I wouldn't take that as gospel if I were you 😬

Exactly! Women aren't nearly as selfish and they're way more empathetic toward how guys feel—you definitely wouldn't say those things to her face! And honestly, the fact that she didn't care about implants before but is considering them now just shows you might have accidentally bruised her confidence, or maybe she just wants to look better for you! Personally, I’ve got nothing against plastic surgery, provided it doesn't look like some cheap scene from an adult movie, but man... it feels a little harsh to suggest breast augmentation right after she's gone through the physical toll of having a baby. If she actually wanted the surgery herself, she’d be the one posting about it on a forum like

David Sanchez6, no offense intended, but if you actually understood the nuances of silicone implants—like the sheer variety of options available or even just where one would go to have this done properly—then perhaps you'd have a better handle on the situation... since you don't seem to grasp those basics, I suspect you're also blissfully unaware of the inherent risks and the countless surgical failures out there. It feels a bit pathetic, doesn't it? To lead with your own personal dissatisfaction rather than addressing how unhappy your wife is feeling about the whole ordeal.

...actually, calling it "a bit" pathetic is an understatement; it’s downright sad.

...actually, calling it "a bit" pathetic might be an understatement; it feels quite pathetic, really.

I guess if I actually knew everything, I wouldn't be asking questions here in the first place.
I simply posed a question because I wanted a straightforward answer.
And if you all think I lack experience, well, maybe that's your mistake—I can certainly tell the difference between when a woman is truly enjoying herself and when she's just going through the motions.
I'm not emphasizing my own frustration; if that were my primary concern, I would have been looking for a solution years ago when this all started.
As for the risks, I am well aware of them, but I also believe they represent a very small percentage of cases.

The person they’re targeting is 100% at fault here.

Don't you see? If a woman decides to go under the knife for a breast augmentation, she’s doing it because she has this deep, personal desire to change herself... and honestly, if you truly love her—especially if she's the mother of your kids—you should want her exactly as she is. Maybe that sounds a bit cliché, but it's the truth. Most of us who have been in love know that once you're really into someone, those little physical imperfections just fade into the background. But the second that love starts to flicker out? Even someone who looks "perfect" on paper won't seem that way anymore. I don't know, maybe guys just process things differently than women do... who knows?

Looking for some advice—or maybe even firsthand experience—from anyone who knows the drill.
Basically, my wife’s chest just isn't what it used to be after her fourth kid.😢>
It’s a bummer for us both.

Man, sorry to hear that 🙄. Are we being a little selfish 😎 here?

Does anyone know what Dr. Miller's rates are looking like lately?

I can't help but wonder how those women who get implants in their mid-twenties will look once they hit sixty... assuming they don't just keep going back for touch-ups and more filler indefinitely.
It’s honestly pointless... people are built the way they are for a reason.

Best, 👍

Women with large busts...

…can always stash some cash in their cleavage if they're too rushed to dig through a purse for a wallet
…always catch (and have caught) an artist's eye
…turn jogging into a spectator sport
…never end up soaking a book or magazine while reading in the tub
…tend to have better leverage in negotiations (especially if the man is shorter than them)
…usually find popcorn tucked in their neckline just as they think the supply has run out after a movie
…find it easier to float in the ocean
…know exactly where to look first if an earring goes missing
…rarely lack a dance partner, especially for a close hold
…always have a convenient spot to rest their glasses when leaning back, even if a side table isn't within reach

Women with small busts...

…don't cause a multi-car pileup every time they lean over in public
…always seem to look younger
…never spill food on their chest; whatever drops from the plate usually hits the napkin in their lap
…can actually see their own feet
…are able to sleep on their stomachs
…have zero issues fitting behind the wheel of a compact car
…realize people can actually read the slogans on their t-shirts
…can slip into a theater late without bumping into everyone in the row to find their seat
…can go to an aerobics class without the risk of knocking themselves out

So, natural beauty really is the true beauty...
🙄 🙂

Best, 👍

Honestly, your wife needs a new husband before she needs a new set of breasts. You should be ashamed. You had three kids with her—you should’ve considered this reality then. Now that her body isn't what it used to be, you're rushing her straight to the surgeon? It's pathetic. That’s how you treat the mother of your children? I’d love to see what you actually look like. I bet you think you're Brad Pitt, don't you? 🙈

Well, I honestly couldn't care less about your opinion. She made her decision, and I am standing right by her side.
Are you really being that shallow? You clearly don't realize that my only goal here is to find out the "where" and the "how much," not to sit through a lecture on health risks or physical appearance from someone fifty years old.
And just so you know—though I highly doubt you'll grasp this—this isn't page one of a biology textbook; both she and I are extremely well-informed about the potential risks involved.

Typical feminists. Just talking in circles.

Damned feminists. All you do is hear yourselves talk.

Actually, this just exposes your mindset perfectly. If you’re looking for quotes on cosmetic fillers, give Dr. Glumičić or some other clinic a call. Wouldn't that have been easier? Or did you think someone here was going to point you toward the cheapest implants for your wife? Maybe you were hoping someone would offer an under-the-table deal just so you could save a few bucks?
