This is just a narrow selection centered on global warming, because calling everything "ecology" is way too broad, much like trying to define all of science by just looking at biology. There are tons of movies out there.

Because I could really use an English translation for those movies... And if you can think of anything else along those same lines, please, let me know what comes to mind...

There are a few documentaries out there—like stuff about climate change and *An Inconvenient Truth* featuring Al Gore, who actually snagged an Oscar for it.

As for movies centered on ecology—you’ve got *Medicine Man* directed by John McTiernan starring Sean Connery, and then there's *On Deadly Ground* with Steven Seagal.

I honestly have no clue how they handled the translation over here. I never caught those documentaries while living in the States. One of them was just a literal, word-for-word translation of the title, but still...
