The movie is honestly great. I managed to track down the subtitles online, so I doubt anyone else will have any trouble finding them either. 😁

I haven't seen it yet, but from what I can tell, it looks like absolute garbage. Honestly, this whole thing feels like some low-budget teenage trash. To make matters worse, the entire plot is just a blatant rip-off of Rear Window.

I wouldn't say it’s just a carbon copy; it feels more like a modern remake in its own right.
To me, the movie is pure genius. My only real gripe is that they added a romance subplot—likely to cater to American audiences—which felt totally unnecessary. 😬
But other than that little hiccup, I’m giving it a solid 5/5.

Look, if everyone is raving about it, it's probably decent. I won't join the bandwagon or trash it until I actually sit down and watch it. But personally? I can't stand when movies are "sanitized" for the American market by adding pointless love stories.

Honestly, you just have to learn how to tune out certain parts of American movies. 🙂

Honestly, this movie is a total bust. It’s predictable—like, you can see the whole thing coming from a mile away. I mean, okay, it’s got a tiny bit of hook at the very start, but man, what kills it is the main cast. They’re just these incredibly grating, annoying teenagers, and all their little high school romance drama? It feels completely forced. It doesn't move the plot forward at all—it's just filler that gets in the way. Such a massive letdown.

Honestly, I thought it was pretty solid—had some great punchlines, kept the tension high, plenty of action, things like that...
I'm not even sweating the ticket price, though. It was worth every cent. 😉

So, since I didn't see a dedicated thread for this one, I figured I'd start it—I'm really curious to hear what you all thought about it.

I caught a screening recently, and while it wasn't bad, there are definitely much better options out there... I think I'll stick to horror movies! 🙂

The film is decent enough. From a technical standpoint, the cinematography is top-notch and the atmospheric tension is well-executed. However, I found the pacing to be somewhat unbalanced; the first hour lacks any real momentum regarding the killer's involvement, leaving a void where the suspense should be building. Then, suddenly, everything accelerates at breakneck speed during the final twenty minutes.

As for Wonderstruck—it’s a perfectly decent movie.

I’ve seen the original "Rear Window," but honestly? I think "Disturbia" actually hits harder—it’s just better executed. Sure, it’s technically "easier" to make a remake when someone already handed you the blueprint on a silver platter, but regardless of that, "Disturbia" is a fantastic film.

Honestly, I was actually surprised by how much I liked it—I’d had it sitting on my hard drive for months without ever clicking play, and after finally getting around to it, I was genuinely impressed. Even the villain deserves a shoutout; that guy absolutely nails those kinds of roles.
