It’s possible some glands have flared up, but honestly, having that many feels a little off to me. I really hope you’ve already had a chance to sit down with your OB-GYN and get some actual answers about what's going on there.

By the way, if you’re dealing with an emergency or some kind of sudden issue, most OB-GYNs will squeeze you in right away—just give them a quick call beforehand to let them know you're headed their way.

silvercyclist1 said:So... I’ve noticed these little white spots "down there"—or more accurately, they feel like small sores...
By the way—I'm sleeping with my boyfriend about three or four times a week... we always use a condom... and I should mention this has only started happening recently... plus, there's a bit of a stinging sensation after sex, though only when I go to the bathroom... what could be causing this?
Has anyone else dealt with something similar, and could you tell me what might be going on?😠

Maybe try picking up some Monistat or Lotrimin cream and see if that helps? Just apply a little bit. Honestly, though, you should probably head over to a clinic like Planned Parenthood to get a swab done—maybe even an allergy test—so you can actually figure out if we're looking at an allergy, a fungal infection🙂 or something else entirely...

I was actually thinking about bringing up the whole HPV and genital warts thing myself.

The real issue here isn't external—it’s all happening in your own head. You need to stop running in circles trying to find quick fixes at some random OB-GYN clinic. Honestly, just brace yourself now... you should probably prepare for a very long, very stubborn road of treatment ahead...
