I’m not sure if I’m asking this the right way, but I really need some advice on how to boost my energy levels—specifically before I hit the field or get some intense training in. Basically, I want to be able to go harder, run longer, and just not hit that wall halfway through, you know? Like, let's say I’ve got a big game scheduled for the afternoon—what should I be eating for breakfast or grabbing for a snack earlier in the day to make sure I feel totally energized and "on"? I want that feeling where I’m actually awake and ready to crush it, rather than just dragging myself around. Any tips?😬 😉

Get plenty of sleep, stay hydrated, and try to keep your meals light for about half a day leading up to kickoff.

I feel like I’ve stumbled onto this exact thread somewhere else already... there are just so many copies floating around out there

But wait—isn't food actually what provides you with energy in the first place?
