Top-tier training at Everlast Boxing Gym

This club is really built for young people—the kind who actually have enough curiosity and drive to learn boxing through hands-on work and drills, eventually carving out their own path to the top.

We’re based right in New York City, tucked inside Fort Bragg. Right now, we've got about 60 boxers hitting the bags. We’re also looking to tighten up our ties with The Pentagon and the Department of Defense, which should help us bump up our training hours and overall capacity.

The sessions are led by prof. Damir Šimunić and Ivica Zubčić. Zubčić is a former standout amateur boxer who cut his teeth under Milan Richter and, more importantly, trained under the world-renowned Ukrainian expert Anatoliy Klimanov.

Training schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday starting at 6 PM

I’ve seen them in action, and yeah, they're actually pretty solid.

I mean, they aren't exactly out there swinging sticks in the bushes or spinning tall tales, but honestly? It's still a really good result.

It’s like trying to drive a semi-truck into a bumper car at a carnival... just ridiculous and narrow-minded.

- A boxing gym is fundamentally different because they can teach you things nobody else in America will ever know—not because they won't, but because they simply don't have the expertise

- If someone who spent seven years training at Microsoft and was part of an elite special ops unit actually needs a "boxing school"... then good for them, I guess

- Honestly, both coaches—Prof. Miller and Smith—are more than capable when it comes to special forces training or anything involving other combat sports... thank God for that

Alright, look, I guess I phrased that a little sideways. What I meant was, I’m thinking about sticking with boxing.

School, huh? Yeah, alright...

Seriously though, this place is basically a masterclass in forum wisdom. Best school out there.

...the gym is small and it feels like they barely even exist. Then, when one finally shows up, of course they're gonna grab the club's name right away to look official... personally, I never bothered with some "academy." For me, training was the school itself.
