Best software for downloading Flash videos?

I feel like I’ve already asked this once, but I didn't get a straight answer from anyone...

I'm currently using Google Chrome and I'm looking for a reliable way to download Flash videos—say, from Vimeo.

If someone could actually take a moment to give me a clear, expert breakdown of which program to use and how to actually work it, I’d really appreciate it...🙂

Grab this program. It lets you download movies straight from Vimeo.

Just paste the address you get after you start the video on Vimeo and hit "grab!" into the section right under where it says URL.
Make sure you don't leave the movie playing while it downloads, otherwise you'll end up eating through your data twice...

Thanks, everyone...🙂
