Look, it’s most likely a bacterial infection that requires antibiotics. And you can't just grab any random bottle off the shelf; you need actual lab tests to figure out which specific bacteria is causing the issue and which antibiotic will actually kill it. Personally, I’ve never heard of anyone playing fortune teller with beans to get a diagnosis; you need a proper urine culture test.
