Itchy nose... help!

I tried starting a thread earlier but I think someone nuked it, so here we go again.

So, I’m hitting puberty and my nose is covered in these blackheads, and I heard they leave permanent pits behind—plus, my old man has these little craters on his nose too. Honestly, I haven't even asked him if he dealt with the same crap, but now I'm low-key spiraling thinking I'm gonna end up with a cratered nose just like his. Should I be squeezing these things out myself or just let them do whatever they want?

Acne? Blackheads?

Around here, people call them tiny worms or just little bugs, but honestly, they aren't even acne or pimples. They just look like these little black dots on your skin, and if you squeeze them even a tiny bit, they just pop right out, looking all white once they're out

Don't go squeezing them... there are plenty of decent masks and peels designed specifically for this. Even those strip-off strips work well enough to pull them out. It’s perfectly normal—most people deal with it. Your dad probably thought they were myths too, but as pores enlarge over the years, those "myths" become much harder to ignore.
I wouldn't recommend squeezing them personally... you just end up creating larger holes.👎

I swear, if you go posting this garbage about health one more time, I'm gonna lose it 😠
