Does anyone happen to know where I can pick up this medication here in the States? It’s made by BASF, based out of Paris at 13 rue Perier - 92120 Brooklyn. If it isn't available locally, could someone let me know if there's an equivalent? This is pretty urgent!

Just a quick heads-up, someone close to me is using it—they actually got it from a friend—to rub on painful spots on their feet and ankles. From what I hear, it's supposed to be used both topically and internally.

From what I can gather, there are some other additives too: methyl nicotinate, propylene glycol, alcohol

Based on how this is written, I'm assuming the first column in grams is for the bulk stuff (not the ampules), and the second part is for the individual ampules? [/COLOR]

I was actually wondering if we could get our hands on this here in the States, maybe in a gel form instead?
