That was honestly one of the most frustrating bugs ever; I lost my entire collection of bookmarks once. Plus all those extensions that aren't even supported anymore.

Actually, you didn't lose them... you just had to go into the profiles.ini file and manually change "StartWithLastProfile=1" from a zero to a one. For some reason, the system sets it to zero, and nobody seems to know why!

I'll give that a shot next time.

In the meantime, I've run into the exact same headache as math_baby; I suspect we might be looking at some sort of bug lurking in version 1.5.0.7...

Does anyone happen to know where I can grab an old version of FF from before 1.0 for Linux?

I honestly don't see what part of this is meant for "advanced users"...

What exactly are you too ashamed to post on the help desk? 🙂

The IE tab is quite a useful tool, much like Adblock and Down Them All. I would also suggest adding Google Preview to the list; it displays a thumbnail image right in front of the search results in Google, allowing you to instantly verify if it's the specific website you're looking for.

Here’s the lineup of extensions I'm running... yeah, it's a bit much, but honestly, I end up using pretty much all of them at one point or another. 🙂
