Clavicle pain: anyone else dealing with this?

I’m reaching out because I could really use some guidance or perhaps a bit of perspective from someone who might have dealt with something similar. Honestly, I’ve been scouring the internet for answers, and frankly, everything I’ve read has left me feeling absolutely terrified. 🙂 For quite some time now, I’ve been noticing some swelling right along my right clavicle, specifically near the collarbone area. It tends to be a bit tender, especially after a heavy tennis session—and as many of you know, I take my training pretty seriously. Lately, though, the sensation has shifted; it feels inflamed, almost like a sharp, burning irritation deep in the bone. I should also mention that I’m managing Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, which adds another layer of complexity to my overall health profile. Any insights would be so deeply appreciated.
