... so, the veggie-punk metal spectacle officially kicks off at 7:00 PM and wraps up by 11:00 PM. I figure a decent time to show up would be around 8:00 or 8:30...

Yeah, I heard... guess you have to learn to pull yourself up by your bootstraps when nobody else is stepping in to lend a hand. 🙂

I still have a few people I need to play it quiet with, so hopefully I’ll make it there around 8:00. You can never really count on the local transit schedule—it’s always a gamble. It might even kick off earlier than expected, and if we aren't careful, those guys might just polish off all the food before we even show up. 🙂

It could be a decent spread tonight—with all this heavy mic setup and the metalheads in attendance, I’m just crossing my fingers for some smoked tofu or maybe even some high-end pastries.. 😍
