I’m just bumping this old thread because, honestly, this is exactly what’s been weighing on my mind lately.
So, I finally picked up my new glasses—prescriptions are +2.25 with a 1.5 cylinder in the left, and +1.75 in the right—but I can't shake this nagging feeling that something is just... off. It’s frustrating. When I try to focus on text on my computer screen, say, while working away at my desk, I can only maintain clarity for such a short window of time. And the weirdest part? As soon as I have both eyes open and trying to work together, the image just loses its sharpness entirely. It’s like my brain is fighting the lenses.
I can't help but wonder... did someone at the clinic just get the measurements wrong, or was there a mistake during the actual lens grinding process?
