I am losing my absolute mind.
For two weeks now, I’ve been dealing with this rash on my chest—just these tiny little red bumps. They don't even itch or anything, which is the weird part. At first, I honestly thought it might just be some psychosomatic thing where my skin was reacting to my own stress, but it clearly wasn't going away. I used to get these really annoying sun allergies that would cause red patches all over my chest, but this isn't quite like that. Since both this current situation and my previous allergy issues were pretty stubborn, I decided to head to the doctor. She was supposed to start at 2:00, but she didn't actually show up until nearly 2:30, and she ended up squeezing me in right before 3:00.
Anyway, my aunt suggested I use some hydrocortisone cream to track the progress and take some Claritin, along with the advice to stay away from any harsh, irritating body washes. Fine, whatever.
So, I started applying the cream to my chest, only to realize there are a few spots on my neck too, so I just spread the cream there as well. I've been taking the pills, too. But here's the catch: I can't exactly show up to work looking all sticky, so I shower before I leave, and as soon as those little bumps touch water, they go absolutely wild and turn bright red, almost like tiny little chili peppers....
And that’s where things stand. It’s been five days, and the results are as follows: the spots have migrated up both sides of my neck, creeping toward my temples, on top of the ones already on my chest. My blood work came back normal, though. What am I supposed to do? I'm heading back to the doctor tomorrow, obviously, but I figured I’d ask you all—does anyone have a clue what this could be? And more importantly, how do I make it stop?

I don't even have an answer. I'm just sitting here laughing. 😁
