Hey everyone,
Lately, I’ve been dealing with this really strange sensation—this constant sense of dread and internal restlessness, almost like I'm waiting for something bad to happen or fearing that I might actually die. When I'm fully immersed in work or staying busy, I feel fine, but the second my mind starts to wander, these thoughts take over and I just can't shake them. I’ve gone through some medical tests and everything came back normal so far, and I have an MRI scheduled for tomorrow; I'm really hoping for good news. Currently, I'm taking Sulpiride and Pergen Forte.
If anyone else has dealt with these kinds of symptoms, please reach out...😢 😢 😢

Lately, I’ve been dealing with this weird vibe... just constant anxiety and this restless feeling in my chest, like something bad is about to happen or, God forbid, I’m actually dying. When I’m busy or hyper-focused on work, it’s fine, but the second I sit still and my mind starts wandering, it hits me and I can't shake it. Went to the doctor for some tests and everything came back normal, so I’ve got a brain scan scheduled tomorrow. Fingers crossed. Currently taking Sulpiride and Peressan Forte.
If anyone else is going through this, please help.......😢 😢 😢

So, I was falling down an internet rabbit hole looking up stuff about what I'm feeling... saw your post on the forum and honestly, I'm right there with you. For me, it's like my heart starts racing out of nowhere and I feel like I can't catch my breath... total panic attack vibes, I guess. It all kicked off after I got really sick once; I was home alone with my kid and these fears just started spiraling—thinking something terrible would happen to us. Ever since then, I hate being by myself. Or just like you said, I'm totally fine when I'm occupied, but as soon as things quiet down, my head goes straight to those dark places. Had my checkups done and everything looks okay medically... did an EKG and all. Only thing is my heart beats a bit too fast sometimes, but otherwise, doctors say I'm good. Now I just need to find a pro to talk to... maybe a psychiatrist or a therapist... just to vent, because this could all be mental. Maybe I went through some kind of shock without even realizing it and it's just bubbling up through this fear. Idk, hoping talking it out helps....😕🙂

Classic panic attacks... anxiety...
Go see a specialist... they'll get you through this faster and with less pain than trying to DIY it...
The only thing I can tell you is that when a panic attack hits, it feels terrifying. It’s not actually physical, but in that moment, your body makes it feel incredibly real... dizziness, choking sensations, nausea, blacking out, shaking, pure dread, and that desperate urge to just run away... it’s usually triggered by something deep in your subconscious that you aren't even aware of yet...
It’s solvable, but it takes massive effort and willpower. Plus, you're going to need professional help and, in 99% of cases, medication... 👍
