They aren't wild animals anymore, they're pets.

I mean, honestly, if you dumped any of them out in the woods, they wouldn't last a single month.

Look, my dog—he was basically just a ten-month-old puppy—survived three and a half months on his own, 😬so, I guess 😉denoting

that’s honestly just because he wasn't getting regular baths. skipping the shower keeps the hair healthy... or whatever... 🙂 🙂

Yesterday in Adelaide, South Australia... hit 98°F during the day and stayed at 79°F overnight. I ended up showering three times just to cope, especially since I was working in the garage where it felt closer to 118°F.
On top of that, I’m on about 30 different medications, which tend to leave a bit of a scent. I rely heavily on anti-allergy soaps and deodorant because my meds cause constant skin itching.

It reminds me of being in a grocery store line; you can always tell who has showered and who hasn't.
I'm talking about those winter months... in the summer, nobody is going to stand within six feet of someone who hasn't cleaned up.

My bad if I came off like some know-it-all expert. If I actually knew what I was talking about, I wouldn't be making this thread in the first place!
I caught a segment about this on the Discovery Channel—can't remember the exact show name—and since English is basically my native tongue, there wasn't any language barrier or misunderstanding on my end. They laid out such a heavy case against daily soap use (any kind, really) that it actually made me pause. When you hear experts arguing a point that hard, you start wondering if they know something the rest of us don't, and you don't want to mess with that. Look, I’m not trying to play philosopher here. It’s not like I was sitting there taking frantic notes on which specific hormone or which exact specialist they mentioned, so don't hit me with "name the doctor" or "tell me the science." Instead, if someone here actually cares enough to dig into it, why not just do a quick Google search and report back what you find? That would be way more helpful. Thanks for understanding.

Offtopic😕

Look at how people jump on these scientists immediately. "Name names," "give us proof," "show us the data." It's ridiculous. The guy just shared what he heard and moved on. He isn't out here dropping some absolute mathematical axiom...
