Does music taste affect your dating life? Different vibes vs. same playlist

Generally speaking, if someone listens to country music, they’re probably a decent human being. Now, those homoerotic vibes similar to Morrissey aren't exactly my cup of tea, but I can appreciate a bit of moderate campiness.

It used to be a total nightmare for me, but now? Now I’m actually feeling pretty good about it. It’s honestly kind of funny watching everyone lose their minds over Rufus Wainwright—even if I’m busy tearing into Megadeth myself. Opposites attract, I guess. That's just how it goes.

😬 I was trying to cover a wide range of bands here. It’s just like reading Prindla, where suddenly The Smiths turn into some ultra-right-wing Oi! band.😁

I used to date this guy who couldn't stand my taste in music. It wasn't just the genres; he hated how much I actually cared about it. I’d go on and on about bands and upcoming shows, but he wouldn't step foot in a venue even if I handed him a front-row pass for free. He spent half our relationship trashing my playlists, mocking my friends because they shared my taste, and basically looking down on everything that made me tick.
I didn't stick around to take it.😁
