So, I did a little digging online and stumbled upon some pretty interesting DIY hacks... check this out:
1. If you massage your skin every single day with coconut or almond oil, you can actually help prevent stretch marks from forming (mostly thanks to all that Vitamin E they're packed with)

2. For areas where you already have stretch marks, try applying egg whites, letting them dry completely, and then rinsing off with ice-cold water (apparently, doing this regularly can clear them up)

So, who's brave enough to give this a shot? Because I think 🙂

I managed to get my hands on some Johnson & Johnson (Hautel) oil—though I haven't quite figured out the exact ingredients yet.
It set me back about four bucks...🙂

I have... and let me tell you, it's just oil. 😁 It’s greasy—honestly, it takes hours to even sink in 😁

Does it work? Well, I haven't developed a single stretch mark so far, so I can't really say... 😁

That said, applying oils is generally a good idea—especially when your skin feels tight from being out in the sun. I'm sure it will stay more elastic if you occasionally massage it in with some high-quality body oil 😉

Yeah, right. Someone actually told me that when I was a little kid—as if that makes any sense—that you’re supposed to just soak yourself in oil first and then suddenly you'll just sprout overnight. 😁

Does anyone know where I can pick up some Johnson's Baby cream for stretch marks? I've heard such amazing things about it!👍 I've been checking local pharmacies, but they don't seem to carry Johnson's Baby anymore, and even Target is completely out of stock!!!!

About a year ago, I went through this phase where I put on some weight pretty quickly. It wasn't a massive transformation, but the aftermath is definitely visible... I ended up with stretch marks on my inner thighs, and they aren't those subtle, silvery lines you typically see on moms after childbirth. Mine are more of a deep red-purple color, and honestly, they’re pretty tough to look at. I really want to find a way to get rid of them before summer hits if there's any hope, but I'm totally lost. Should I focus on losing weight first, or is there something else I should be doing?🤷

Look, I hate to be the one to break it to you, but there’s no magic fix to just make them vanish... eventually they might fade a bit, but honestly, once they do, they usually end up looking even more obvious than before 😢
And if you try to drop weight too fast? You’re basically asking for trouble. There's a huge chance things will actually look way worse—like, you could end up with even more of them—simply because your skin clearly doesn't have enough elasticity to bounce back

Like Sandra Gonzalez82 already mentioned, you can't just make them disappear. They might fade slightly over time, but they aren't going anywhere.
Creams usually don't do much, if anything. Laser therapy might take the edge off, but there’s no magic "cure."
And honestly? If you drop weight too fast, you won't just be stuck with the old ones—there's a huge chance you'll end up with even more.

That cream was absolutely legendary. It didn't necessarily "erase" cellulite, but it smoothed everything out so beautifully that you couldn't even tell it was there anymore.

I have a feeling they might have discontinued it, though. If you happen to stumble upon it anywhere, please let me know!

I am hunting down this cream like it’s the freaking Holy Grail! I used it during my first pregnancy and didn't end up with a single stretch mark. Now I'm pregnant again and I can't find it anywhere. I used to get them shipped over from Germany, and they're available in Austria too, but I don't have anyone out there to send them to me anymore. If anyone knows how to track these down, hit me up.

So, I’ve put on a little extra weight lately and ended up with some stretch marks—nothing crazy, just mostly around my stomach area. Does anyone actually know what works best for this? I’m looking for stuff that actually gives long-term results, if that's even a thing. Obviously, I’m planning on losing the weight, but I’m freaking out a bit—is the skin damage just gonna stay there forever regardless?

thanks in advance...

Heh, stretch marks aren't going anywhere. They’re basically a lifelong sentence. Sure, you can get plastic surgery, but that usually involves cutting away the skin that's actually covered in them. So, by extension, the whole procedure becomes incredibly... intense and invasive.

It really depends on which surgeon you go to. I personally have stretch marks, but they magically faded—or maybe just lightened up—once I started wearing a waist trainer. I guess my skin finally got hydrated, or something like that. They're still there, though, which sucks because I definitely don't have the cash to go pay for a fix.🙂
