Oh goodness, I am feeling absolutely dreadful! For about fifteen days now, my stomach and my entire digestive system have just completely shut down on me. It’s truly bizarre—I’m actually vomiting up food that I ate three or four days ago! I’ve tried everything under the sun, from drinking senna tea to taking some Donat magnesium supplements and even trying Becna tablets, but absolutely nothing seems to be working at all.
Does anyone happen to have any sensible advice or perhaps a little tip to share?

This doesn't sound like something you should just try to fix with some herbal tea and a handful of pills... You're talking about being stuck in bed, but also throwing up food from three or four days ago 😲

Maybe you should actually head over to a doctor and get checked out?

Does anyone have any actual, sensible advice?

Well, I was going to suggest magnesium citrate or dried prunes—stuff you usually try when you're just backed up—but since you're also vomiting, you need to see a doctor immediately. Don't sit around waiting until Monday to deal with this...

Ashley Nguyen5, I really don't want to freak you out, but there are plenty of serious diagnoses that present with similar symptoms.

Vomiting old food is a clear sign that the stomach outlet is blocked, which indicates the development of gastric outlet obstruction.
The most common culprit is a duodenal ulcer causing swelling and blockage, though unfortunately, that isn't the only possibility...

Certain medical conditions simply cannot be treated with teas or Herbalife, no matter how much people like mistybear4 try to brainwash everyone here...
Thankfully it's that simple, otherwise we'd have much less work to do.🙂

Oh goodness, just about a month ago, I was dealing with absolutely terrifying stomach pains—right under my right ribcage—and even some blood in my stool. It was quite the ordeal! I ended up going in for a gastroscopy, and they told me my stomach looked mostly fine, aside from a tiny little scar which they mentioned was just from an old ulcer that had burst once upon a time. I also had a colonoscopy, which was relatively okay too, though the doctors noted that because of two surgeries I had way back when, my intestines are a bit more tangled and twisted than usual.
And honestly, that’s the situation. I’m still feeling this persistent pain on my right side, and there's this strange sense of pressure pushing up from my stomach area, but at this point, I’m just feeling a bit lost and unsure of who to turn to for help.
Ever since those examinations, my digestion has been completely out of whack.
It feels as though everything just got thrown off balance—almost like my system hit a snag or a total standstill—due to the exams themselves and that intense, aggressive cleansing they had me do beforehand.

if only that were true, we wouldn't have nearly as much work to do 🙂

ha, honestly, I'm starting to worry... is this really just you being afraid of losing your job? 😁

don't speak on things you clearly don't understand... I've seen twenty-somethings dealing with chronic constipation or diarrhea issues that traditional medicine couldn't touch, all resolved through proper nutrition; for some, it took 45 days, for others up to six months, and you can't imagine the relief those people felt... 🙂

the first issue is LACK OF DIETARY FIBER!!!
the second issue is WATER!!!

Ashley Nguyen5, you asked for advice, so I'll give it to you (regardless of any "skepticism")
think about how much water you actually drink daily? increase your intake of both water and plant fibers—fruit and veggies—my recommendation would be Formula 2 & Vera ALOA vera (Herbalife) ... here is why:

Dietary Fiber Supplement

Formula 2 combines oat fiber with selected botanicals to help flush out unwanted waste from the food we consume. A "cleaner" digestive system works more efficiently and aids in better nutrient absorption from our meals.

Key ingredient properties:

Oat fiber – Research indicates that including oat fiber in a regular diet is quite effective at managing blood cholesterol. It also helps maintain steady blood sugar and insulin levels. Oat fiber adds bulk to stools, which is beneficial for gut health for several reasons, including easing constipation. As the digestive system functions more smoothly, toxins and waste leave the body, which can lead to weight loss.

The herbal blend includes lemon pectin, chicory root powder, parsley, orange blossom, hibiscus flower, fennel seed, and chamomile.

Parsley – acts as a good tonic for sluggish digestion.

Lemon pectin – helps lower blood cholesterol.

Papaya – Contains proteolytic enzymes that break down proteins. Great for soothing digestive discomfort.

Apple cider vinegar – a solid source of potassium and iron.

Honey – a good source of minerals.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF FIBER? Fiber from natural sources, like fruits and vegetables, helps slow down sugar absorption to keep energy levels stable. Additionally, it speeds up the transit of food through the digestive tract, creating a healthier environment and boosting beneficial bacteria, resulting in softer stools.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU DON'T GET ENOUGH FIBER?
Our bodies rely heavily on quality fiber to assist in digestion and the elimination of waste. Unfortunately, the modern American diet consists mostly of highly processed foods that are often incredibly low in fiber. This deficiency reduces digestive efficiency, making it harder for the body to absorb nutrients. Studies show that insufficient fiber intake is a fundamental cause of digestive issues.

Vera ALOA vera

ALOA VERA is a specific type of aloe considered one of the richest sources of beneficial and therapeutic components. It is widely valued for its refreshing qualities and is cultivated for the precious juice found within its leaves.
ITS PROPERTIES:
- a powerful detoxifier, particularly effective and recommended following pharmacological or chemotherapy treatments because it reactivates and stimulates the immune system. It is especially suggested as protection against oncological diseases,
- It kicks your metabolism into gear since it’s packed with potent biological enzymes that neutralize those nasty toxins released during digestion,
- It supports cellular nutrition and helps the body regenerate on a deeper level,
- It’s great for keeping gut function steady because it contains fermented elements,
- It actually works to heal tissue and can help soothe issues like gastritis, excess stomach acid, or minor ulcers,
- It helps ease that uncomfortable bloating and swelling you get when your stomach is acting up,
- It can assist with regulating blood pressure and helping with swelling in the legs and extremities—I've seen people take just a third of a glass and feel the pressure drop within 5 to 10 minutes,
- It aids in the management of kidney and gallbladder stones,
- It provides a soothing, refreshing sensation in the throat,
- With the inclusion of provitamin A and PP, it's also useful for maintaining healthy skin...

ps: Ashley Nguyen5, I'm CONVINCED you'll sort out your issues quickly if you just listen to me, but at the end of the day, the choice is yours.. 😎

Beyond just lacking any sense of ethics, you've become genuinely dangerous—dangerous to other people's health. If you were treating your livestock, you wouldn't try to "cure" anorexia by just feeding them more food; you’d realize they need actual help, not just a bigger trough. Yet here you are, suggesting people vomit up old food like it's some kind of solution. Honestly, how do you live with yourself, targeting people during the absolute worst moments of their lives just to peddle snake oil? We all know that when someone is sick and desperate, they'll grab at anything... but it's a different level of low when you convince someone to ignore medical advice, only for them to end up in the ER a few days later because they listened to you instead of a doctor. You won't care then... you'll have already fed the pigs 👎

-mistybear4, I truly appreciate the effort you're putting in here, but honestly, my primary concern is just figuring out what's actually going on with me.
And let me be perfectly clear: I have absolutely zero interest in sipping on some sort of "miracle tonic" in the desperate hope that it might somehow work its magic.

-mistybear4, look, I am forty-five years old and I certainly have enough life experience under my belt to understand the importance of staying hydrated and eating plenty of fiber and all that good stuff... so, frankly, this patronizing, "know-it-all" attitude of yours just isn't landing with me at all.
So, if I could please ask you to tone down the whole "sales pitch" routine, I would be ever so grateful, because, as Matthew Sullivan32 so bluntly put it, "you really have no shame whatsoever."

p.s. I am working quite hard over here to maintain my manners!

Well, I just finished having quite the lengthy chat with my doctor.
I have an appointment scheduled with her at 3:00 PM today, so I'll head over then and see what she thinks the next steps should be!

Man, my right side is still killing me. I’ve got this intense pressure pushing up from my stomach area.

Could be appendicitis?

Ashley Nguyen5, you mentioned having an ulcer scar... there's a real possibility it could have hypertrophied...
You should see a doctor 🙂

Let’s not play guessing games here; I'll just wait until 3:00...
So, are we talking about occasional vomiting—like you have those days where your digestion is just kind of "meh"—or is this constant nausea hitting you all the time?
And what else are you feeling? Any other symptoms acting up?

People claiming they were miraculously healed by MacGregor's supplements are just placebo responders. Their issues were mental, not physical. They could have been cured by a glass of sugar water as long as they believed it worked...
They could have spent that money much more wisely on psychiatric care. In fact, this so-called "cellular nutrition expert" should probably seek help himself; his posts here suggest a serious manic disorder fueled by messianic delusions. 🙂

mistybear4... here we go again.

Look, I tried to warn you nicely, but instead of realizing that giving advice like that could actually put someone's life at risk, you're back to peddling and copying those same old diet product flyers for whatever you're selling.

Seven-day cooling period!

But I have to ask—is this vomiting something that happens occasionally, you know, like those days where your digestion is just kind of hit-or-miss, or is it happening constantly?
And are there any other symptoms popping up?

Well, honestly, I wasn't having any particularly massive issues before everything I mentioned earlier—you know, before my checkup. I’ve always dealt with some digestive hiccups, but nothing ever truly extreme; I suppose it's just the byproduct of our frantic modern lifestyle! If I were to eat a few more salads, cut back on the coffee, and maybe quit the cigarettes, things would probably improve significantly.
But what I'm experiencing right now is just absolutely terrifying. I feel so incredibly bloated and toxic...
I don't have any other symptoms, though—no fever, no aches, nothing like that.
I should be hearing what the next steps are at 3:00 PM.👋

Honestly, how can you have no shame, taking advantage of someone during their most desperate moments just to sell them smoke and mirrors? We all know people will try anything when they're sick and desperate, but it’s a different level of low to tell a doctor you don't know what's wrong, and then have an influencer listen to you instead of going for a check-up, leaving a woman stuck in the ER a few days later. You won't care; you'll just be happy you pushed your 👎 onto them.

I really can't find it in me to stay polite anymore; you're either incredibly ignorant or just plain disrespectful. 😠

Ashley Nguyen5 said:-mistybear4, thanks for the effort, but my priority is actually figuring out what's wrong with me.

p.s. I'm having a hard time staying civil here.

It’s a shame you’re listening to those "skeptics," but we aren't talking about miracle drinks here—I've already written way too much about that to repeat myself. And my "patronizing attitude," as you call it, comes from a good place, whether you believe it or not. 😉

Ashley Nguyen5 said:I didn't really have major issues before what I mentioned earlier, specifically before the doctor's appointment. But this feels terrifying. I honestly feel poisoned...
I don't have any other symptoms—no fever, no pain, nothing.
I'll hear what the next steps are at 3 PM.👋

I've heard it all before; it's never quite that dire because people just get used to everything (like having a "regular" bathroom routine every Thursday?), and 70% of people deal with digestive issues today (especially women). It’s something I see every single day in my line of work with the people I meet... and if you ever decide you want a PERMANENT solution, I'm sure you'll remember me. 😉

Casey Palmer5 said:mistybear4... again.
I warned you nicely, but besides potentially putting someone's life at risk with your advice, you're still just out here peddling and reposting flyers for whatever dietary products you're selling.
A seven-day cooldown period.

I honestly can’t believe how shallow everyone here is being. 😠

Look, this isn't about me or trying to move some product; I'm just offering advice on how to actually solve a problem. No one is out here pitching anything—I’m simply answering questions and sharing my perspective, which apparently isn't allowed anymore. It feels like I've laid out more concrete facts on this Forum than any of the people jumping down my throat. 🙂

At the end of the day, this is about information, and everyone is responsible for following their own conscience when they decide what to do with it; maybe there's someone else here who actually gets that. 😉

thanks .. 👋

Ugh, Casey Palmer5, if you're gonna call him out, just go ahead and ban him already—don't just sit here hovering...

I mean, seriously, he’s crossed every single line at this point. I really think we should—well, if he doesn't change his ways after a ban (and let's be real, he won't)—we should just kick him out for good. Or at least try to!...
