Kristina said:Well, I have run into a bit of an issue.
Over the last few months, I’ve noticed some rather prominent facial hair appearing where there wasn't any before—or at least, nothing nearly this visible—specifically along my jawline.

Were you perhaps using your teeth to unscrew some hair regrowth lotion meant for a man? 😉

Wait, hold up—once you're actually pregnant, you don't do PCO anymore?

That’s actually what my OB-GYN told me... at least, that's their take on it. 😁

But honestly? I decided to stop taking my Metformin & Glipizide on my own. Within about six months, everything just seemed to balance itself out naturally. My hormone levels are absolutely perfect now. 👍

And yeah... I still haven't gotten pregnant. 😁

My periods aren't even regular if I skip my pills.
But since starting therapy, the unwanted hair is gone and my hair is thick as a mane—never had issues before.

I honestly didn't think anyone struggled this much with it.
Have you looked into the psychological side? Or maybe alternatives?
If the pills aren't cutting it, maybe there's something else.

Must be nice that Diane works well enough for you.
For me, they were too weak... now I'm on the strongest stuff available, and still nothing.
I'm a tough case. My OBGYN mentioned plenty of women have hormonal imbalances, but he said only about 2% deal with a level as intense as mine😕. He told me straight up it's hard to treat, if it can be treated at all. You say it's about how you feel. Trust me, with these symptoms, "feeling good" isn't an option—it's not a lack of willpower, it's just physically draining.
Just hoping for a miracle at this point...😢

God, I totally messed up, I didn't realize 😢 😢
Look, I'm sorry—I know women can get a little carried away sometimes, and I guess I was definitely jumping to conclusions way too fast.

But seriously, listen, I honestly believe that PCOS is rooted in psychological issues. Have you even tried looking at it from that angle yet?

I’m not entirely sure if I have all the clinical facts straight, but ever since I gave birth and moved past the postpartum stage, my cycles have finally become regular—whereas before, they used to be incredibly unpredictable, coming only every two or three months.
I haven't actually gone in to have my hormone levels tested yet, though I am still dealing with some persistent hirsutism, and my hair seems to be thinning more than usual—though apparently, that's just a lingering side effect of childbirth.
I've been living with PCOS since I was sixteen years old, so I've essentially been battling this for twelve long years now.

Laura Jackson says:>
Diane put me on them at first, but honestly, they didn't do squat for me. It wasn't until I switched over to jasmine that things actually started looking up... they seem way more potent, you know?

Well, jasmine is definitely stronger 😲 though my doctor actually told me they have the lowest hormone levels of the bunch...
And don't even get me started on the price tag, because let's be real, they're easily the most expensive pills out there.

Taylor Swift said:So, I’ve got a bit of a situation.
Over the last few months, I've noticed some facial hair popping up—nothing crazy, but definitely more noticeable than before—right along my jawline (hope that makes sense!). There are a few dark ones I just pluck out with tweezers (they weren't really there before 😠), and even the lighter fuzz seems to be getting thicker. It’s honestly really bothering me, so I’m looking for some advice—who should I even talk to about this? 😢 Should I see a dermatologist? If so, does anyone have a recommendation for a good one who isn't just some overpriced private specialist? Or what else should I do? 😕
Could this be some kind of hormonal imbalance? I'm not on birth control, so it's not that. And how do people usually deal with stuff like this? Any advice at all would be amazing! 🙂
I'm actually pretty freaked out. 😢

Don't worry, kiddo—if everything goes south, you can always work the register at a local grocery store. 😁
