I know it’s specifically for computer work because I get sent for physical evaluations every single year, and one of them is always for workstation ergonomics! Honestly, it feels like a total waste of time, but hey, if they’re paying me a premium for it, I’m not complaining!
😬

I haven't even been sent for a single evaluation yet, 👎 even though they definitely should be, considering they send everyone doing manual labor over at our company. It's basically just checking to see if you're still fit for duty, but legally, they have to do it. And don't even get me started on those $20 OSHA requirements🙂

It’s basically an assessment of whether someone is physically fit for the role, but under the Occupational Safety and Health Act, it's actually mandatory. And don't even get me started on those $20 issues🙂

In my neck of the woods, everyone goes for their checkups. It just depends on the industry—sometimes it's once a year, sometimes every two years.
I honestly think every company ought to be sending their staff for these. If nothing else, it's just good practice so management actually knows the true condition of their 😬 workforce!

I honestly think every single company should be sending their staff for these. At the very least, they should have a clue about how their 😬 employees

are actually doing!

Eh... let's be real, most bosses couldn't care less about their workers' health. 🙄
