It’s an entertaining sport to watch, I suppose, but as far as actually participating in it goes—certainly not😁

Well, maybe describe what's actually bothering you...

1. Parkour isn't some sport. It's a discipline. There aren't even competitions, because those go against everything the philosophy stands for.
2. Flips, spins, or any other flashy stunts that mess with efficient flow don't belong in parkour. That’s just freerunning...

I don't know much about that sport—and honestly, it’s not really my thing—but it isn't just some stunt where you jump from rooftop to rooftop or hop over fences...
At its core, it's just the simplest, most efficient way to get from point A to point B.
That’s how I’d sum it up anyway.

I've been pivoting my focus more toward freerunning lately—here’s a video if you want to see what I mean,
it's a shame, really. You see so many people obsessed with the technicality of parkour, yet hardly anyone actually embraces the creative flow of freerunning.
