Hmm... let me think about this... I’ve always had a soft spot for Stone Temple Pilots... but man, I just can't stand Guns N' Roses... 😉 As for Velvet Revolver, they're just sort of floating around in my periphery... neither here nor there... 🙄

I'm honestly picturing them being the next big thing, like Audioslave 2.0!

It’s a pretty solid pairing, though if I'm being honest, I think they could have really pushed it even further!

I'm a huge fan of Soundgarden, but I love Rage too—maybe not quite as much as the first, but hey, what can you do? I'm eagerly waiting for a new album; who knows, maybe they've finally found some common ground!

I have to admit, I thought Contraband was a fantastic album. It was honestly way more compelling than anything Guns N' Roses has put out recently. That fallen grunge frontman’s voice sounds pretty solid on the record, even if he's an absolute disaster when they play live.

From what I’ve gathered, Weiland mentioned in his recent interviews that Stone Temple Pilots are heading back into a brief hiatus. Apparently, he’s just itching to get back to work with his new project (that would be Guns N' Roses, of course)! Isn't it likely that this is exactly why they decided to stop looking for a new frontman?
