Ugh, that’s actually awesome... and here I was thinking there was absolutely no way

So yeah, looks like there aren't any more excuses left to hide behind now.😉

Honestly, Pilates just doesn't do it for me. It feels way too much like yoga—and I actually spent a year and a half doing yoga, so I know what I'm talking about. Plus, my instructor is totally tripping; after maybe two or three hours, she starts throwing these advanced poses at us out of nowhere. Like, are you kidding me? That’s just bad instruction! You shouldn't even be looking at the hard stuff until you've actually mastered the basics, you know? Like, get the breathing right first, get the body alignment down... learn the fundamentals before you try to go pro!
I don't know, man. Yoga just feels better to me.

Personally, I found Pilates to be super interesting... actually, it was a total blast 🙂

It’s one of those techniques where the whole "mind & body" connection is everything.
Honestly, you can barely pull off most of the moves if you aren't locked in and concentrating hard.

I used to head to class twice a week. But, if you aren't particularly active otherwise (which, let's face it, is me ☕), I think you'd probably need to go at least four times a week to see any real progress in a decent timeframe.

Either way, I say give it a shot. Even if you don't see massive changes, I ended up cracking myself up half the time 🎉—and hey, laughing is basically an ab workout anyway, right? 👋

See? It's a win-win situation no matter how you look at it 😉
