Don't sweat the lab results. If you actually know how to read medical terminology, you'll get what they're saying.
I’d just add one more thing. I know I probably sound like a bore, but... you're young, and you need to look out for yourself.
Mention to them tomorrow that rapidranger79 has high intraocular pressure, just so they have it officially on the record.
And if they try to brush you off using that quick little loophole—you know, the one where they claim you showed up as an emergency, things stabilized, and then they close the file—make sure you tell them you've already scheduled a follow-up with an ophthalmologist and explain exactly what happened.
I checked with my daughter, who happens to be a specialist in her field of internal medicine, and she says that once rapidranger79 is involved, her descendants are considered a "risk group"—not "critical," as you put it, because critical implies something much more severe.

Hey, thanks. Honestly, everyone was great today. First, they checked my blood pressure (using both standard methods), then they used some kind of laser tool, and finally, they sent me for a visual field test because they were worried about potential nerve damage. Luckily, everything came back perfect—just typical 22-year-old 🙂 stuff. Then they did a few more checks...

In total, I saw four doctors, plus the specialist who runs the visual field tests, and even a nurse with 27 years of experience whom the interns kept asking for advice 🙂

Four hours at the hospital all told. Hats off to them. Seriously, if you have any eye issues, go to Sister Act. I don't know how other places operate, but this was fantastic. I honestly can't think of anything they could've done better.

The final diagnosis: I'm sensitive to dexamethasone, which is the main ingredient in Maxitrol, the drops I've been using. That caused the high pressure, which has finally dropped down to 26/23 today. Follow-up is in seven days, and they recommended getting my pressure checked once a year from now on.

Thanks again to everyone for the help, the support, the warnings, and the advice... 🙏 You guys are the best! 🙂

Anyway, I feel like I'm starting to spam the Health board, so... 🙂

No, you aren't spamming at all.

Deksić... okay, now it all makes sense. Those are those little drops I mentioned somewhere back at the beginning...

👍 Everything turns out fine if it ends on a high note.
What you just shared about how they handled your case actually restores some faith in our healthcare system.
It sounds like you landed in good hands; you went through a bit of a rough patch, but thankfully, you came out the other side unscathed!👍
