What is Peyronie's disease? Looking for advice/experiences.

So, I'm trying to figure out which search engine will actually give me a deep dive into the symptoms and treatment options for this specific diagnosis: induratio penis plastica (lat.)—and obviously, I need the common American medical term for it too.
Just a heads-up, Google is being totally useless right now.

Yeah, I actually saw that on Google myself—honestly, it was the only thing that popped up about it.
It’s super thin on details, though, and I’m really looking for something deeper, like the actual history of the disease and how they handle treatment.
I even checked Mayo Clinic and found nothing useful, just a bunch of vague, general stuff.
