The difference between a horror movie (or any other garbage, aka a dumb teen movie) and Jackass is that those idiots actually do the stunts, more or less without tricks—basically risking their lives.

Obviously, that doesn't explain why everyone watches it, but at least it's original and occasionally hits for people older than thirteen. Still better than sitting through Titanic or God forbid Independence Day (pretty sure that's the biggest pile of American trash ever made).

I caught the making-of special on MTV last night *loooool*😁

It was honestly such a trip seeing Brad Pitt and those guys dressed up as gorillas, just running through the streets and acting wild, haha. And then there's Steve-O swallowing that goldfish and barfing it up 🙂. Or Bam Margera dealing with his dad and getting beat up 😁... stuff like that, I guess. 👍

A buddy from college was watching a movie on his old media player. From what he told me, the guys really outdid themselves this time—some of the highlights were:

That scene where they shove a car up someone's rear (the ER reactions were gold!) and that bit about swimming with alligators in Florida.

I think the concept itself is actually quite solid—it’s a completely different beast when you consider it a feature-length motion picture built entirely on a reality show format.

There isn't really any drama involved, just pure show-and-tell.

Whether or not someone enjoys what they're doing is probably just a matter of personal taste, I suppose. But there's no denying they're extreme.

Me too, honestly. I actually scared myself a little with how hard I was laughing, because let's face it, this whole thing isn't exactly healthy or sane. 😕

It gets pretty twisted in some situations, but man, it’s fascinating from a sociological standpoint. You have these kids getting so worked up that they start pulling their own stunt acts, just filming themselves falling, jumping, or hitting things. Then you've got the government and the older generations reacting exactly how you'd expect—mostly out of pure fear. And honestly, I get it, because what we're seeing is pretty messed up. Still, I feel like we just have to view this as some weird new trend that we really hope doesn't turn into a full-blown epidemic.

Man, those movies are just as disgusting as they are entertaining. I can still vividly picture this one scene where some guy decides to take a dip in a swimming pool completely filled with literal crap!!!! haha

That scene where the guy just pees right in the stall at the Home Depot—and that whole rodeo tattoo bit—is absolute gold. It’s easily the best part of the movie.👍 👍
