So, I’ve been listening to The Last Supper and honestly, the intro on Killing Eve is easily my favorite part of the whole thing. I'm looking to find something even darker than that, so I was wondering if SP has any other albums that lean even harder into that mood?

I’ve always had a soft spot for Meat Puppets 🙂

Darker in what sense? To be honest, I don't find them particularly heavy; they actually feel a bit dull to me, especially when I listen to Hardset Head.

I’m a little worried we might run into some communication hurdles here, mostly because I only speak living languages.

And I'm half male myself...

If you were a guy, you’d probably run into some issues because you all tend to just chat in circles on the streets.
But honestly, not everyone is as lucky as my master's degree holder was 😁

I really hope that in about twenty years, they don't decide to make a biopic about you titled "i Shot Bugs Bunny." I mean, looking at how you started this whole thing...

Anyway, back to the main point... I don't know, personally I find Skinny Puppy a bit much to listen to sometimes, but hey, I’m hardly the gold standard here (unless you count Soylent 🙂), so whatever. I dabble in some body electro here and there—mostly just the old-school Front 242 stuff—and that's pretty much it.

E, sorry (Megan Rodriguez44😉), just another quick little chat, but the shortest one yet—we're just waiting for Soylent to get back from that business trip. Once they finally hit this page... we'll have plenty to read by tomorrow 😁

There’s actually plenty of solid modern industrial music out there, even if those bands from the early 90s were the ones who really set the bar. You should try hunting down some stuff from Leaether strip, 👋Wumpscut:, or Paracont.
As far as what's hot right now goes, check out VNV Nation.

BTW, just for those of us old enough to remember how things used to be, there's word a new Nine Inch Nails project might drop soon, and apparently DAF is back together working on something too... Man, next year is gonna be huge (plus I heard 242 might have something coming out too). 😁 😁
