Since it’s just a B category flick, they really should've made up for it with better jokes. I mean, humor is free, right? But this stuff is just painful. Honestly, some episodes of Pingu are funnier than this.
As for the comments—yeah, I'm with you there. I was mostly joking when I said that anyway. You always run into all sorts of critics on here, and you can never tell what someone actually likes. That’s why I don't let it get to me, but seriously, this movie is just bad.
And regarding Total Recall, it isn't actually *that* terrible—it just didn't live up to the original, which is why it got hammered by reviewers. Whoever was behind it took a huge gamble using such an iconic title, and objectively speaking, they haven't matched what the original did over the last 20 years. You could even argue they won't in the next 20 either, since nobody's even thinking about it now. So, if anyone reads these reviews, they should understand where the negativity is coming from, but hey, nothing's stopping them from watching it themselves and making their own call 🙂
