Honestly, let them have it, the Danes... they had everything going for them against the French and just completely choked it at the finish line.

Maybe it wasn't even a tactical issue, but I bet deep down they were still haunted by that 8-2 blowout against the guys from Chicago and that nasty loss back in 2015...

And now they go and blow a +4 lead in the first half? Man, I am absolutely loving this.🍿

I don't see how those two things are even related, because Kirkelokke is a defensive specialist, so his only real purpose is to get Gidsel out there...

It’s not that I’m necessarily thrilled to see the Danes strike out. But honestly? The Spaniards are showing everyone exactly how veterans still dominate the game.

Denmark plays an exceptional defense. They haven't stopped a single thing.

I actually do think they held back just a touch... Not necessarily because they wanted France to advance, but more like they just let the other team have their moment and saw where the chips fell...

The Spaniards might actually pull off a hat trick and grab their third straight Euro title! I mean, wasn't River coaching the squad back when they absolutely crushed Dance in that 2013 final? shadowcobra89 is spot on—it’s not only in handball, either. Sure, there are always outliers—like back in 2016 when the Germans just tore them apart in the championship game—but generally speaking, once they grind their way into a final, man, you really don't want to be the one standing across from them.
