Partial ban in "Cars" subforum

Because of some light trolling—nothing violent, just messing around—I get slapped with a partial ban from the CARS forum, while about 80% of the users who spend months being straight-up toxic to one another walk away totally fine (even though I’ve flagged them to the mods, but apparently nobody cares)

Is there any way I can get my access back to the CARS forum?
