Question for those on a partial ban

Quick question. Can one of the mods please lift my ban on the PDF sub? Between all the COVID craziness and everything else, I’d at least like to be able to post over on the Skeptics PDF.

Here's the reality:

If you got banned during that first, "unfiltered" phase of COVID...
...and if the reason was strictly your "alternative" perspective...
...then you should be allowed to post on the newer, "alternative" section of that subforum.

But if you messed up in some other way, then too bad...

It isn't just a "quick question" anymore; you'll need to approach any request for reinstatement with much less casualness.
And you'll likely be waiting six months, a year, or even two years before that happens (assuming the virus is playing for keeps—rather than just messing with us)..

I got banned from the Coronavirus PDF for no damn reason, and that was back when the skeptic crowd hadn't even shown up yet.

Look, I get what partiality means. My point is, why does this rule apply to that specific PDF and not to all the other PDFs floating around on this damn forum?

I specifically asked to have my partial restrictions lifted so I could actually post in the PDF section. The skeptics were already breathing down my neck back when I got partial access to the Coronavirus PDF. Even before the skeptics were a thing.

The timing doesn't matter—whether that PDF existed then or not. You got a partial grade for the WHOLE corona. And now they've removed it so you can access the PDF Skeptic.

A partial grade means you see NOTHING from that PDF. You can see it, but I can't see any other PDF. That's the whole point of what I'm asking—why can you do it, but I can't?
