Nvidia GTX 1050 tray icon is missing

Does anyone here happen to be running an Nvidia card in their laptop or desktop? I’m trying to figure out why my icon suddenly vanished from the taskbar; I haven't been able to get it to show up at all since I updated to Windows 10/1903. I haven't touched any of my Nvidia drivers specifically, just kept up with the usual Windows updates.
Everything worked perfectly fine back when I was on version 1803.
I’ve actually run into this exact same issue on two different laptops now.

I remember that under the settings in the GTX control panel, there used to be a "show notification tray icon" option, but even then, I couldn't seem to toggle it on. Now, the icon has disappeared entirely, and it’s been about three days since it went missing, even though I haven't changed my driver version.

So, I’m running an Nvidia GTX 1660 6, and while I don't have that specific issue, something else just popped up on my end:
Live kernel event 141 error
And now, it’s basically bricking all my games.
For instance,
Tsv.exe is being blocked from accessing the graphics hardware.

It’s happening with every single game I try to play.

Everything is fully updated.
The drivers are from Winsi
I even did a clean reinstall of Windows
along with that MSI checker tool.
I’ve got Defender disabled too.

The PC is pretty much brand new.
Windows is freshly installed.

Specs:
Intel I5 9500 f 8 8 GB RAM
Nvidia GTX 1660 6
Windows 10/1903 original 64-bit
Does anyone know why this kernel 141 event is showing up? What even is it?

Honestly, even God couldn't figure out why all these things from Nvidia or Microsoft just refuse to work together properly.

It feels like every single time there's a new update for anything, they fix one tiny thing but end up breaking three others in the process. You really walk away with the impression that the people developing this software and these drivers are complete idiots.
