I am looking for a netbook—something basic, but I want to avoid anything that feels like total junk. It will be used strictly for web browsing. Since I am unfamiliar with their current market pricing, I won’t set any rigid constraints. If there is something available for $667, that would be ideal. However, if something decent can be found for $400, I am willing to consider it.
